Property Management

I was an outsight property manager, My duties were to run day to day operations, collections,communicating with residents and ensuring over all safety. I handle evictions  set outs quarterly inspections , showed ready units,handled leases and filing , ran ads to  maintain occupancy ,over seen maintenance and lawn care  recorded daily into Software's for tracking  payments and utilities. When I transferred over to Roots My community collections were 110-115 percent collected.

I then transferred over to roots   as the Administrative Assistant  For new manufactured homes and rehabs. These duties were  researching  county regulations  permitting 30/60/90/ reports on projects  ,creating spreadsheets  and inputting the data into company used software's and assisting in meetings, coding invoices signing vendors communicating  with project managers ,community managers  and collaborating with teams and  team leaders not only  to achieve company goals.
