Peighton Agamaite

Through my experience in customer service and coaching softball, I have developed a set of skills necessary to be an active member of society. Learning communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills allowed me to expand my knowledge and continue to develop my expertise. In studying Sociology with focuses in History, Ethnic Studies, and Women's Gender and Sexuality Studies- I have not only learned how to understand and collaborate with perspectives that differ from my own, but also to engage with environments and situations that may be unfamiliar to me. By studying Sociology, I have gained a deeper understanding regarding the complexity of our social and systemic structures in which my skillsets allow me to critique from an objective perspective.
