Penélope Alcantara

I'm a high School student with coaching and leadership experience. 5 years of experience coaching specializing on teaching and leadership skills. My experience with children and parents taught me to be patient and adabtable as they were needed skills for working with them.

Through late middle school and early high school years competed with a cheer company "Champions in motion" and participated in high school cheer for a year before taking a turn in coaching in 2019, first as an assistant coach volunteer and eventually as a payed employee.

The Young Marines Program is a military affiliated youth leadership group that focuses on teaching children to be leaders and active members in society. Attended from 2018-2021 and achieved high leadership positions as well as "Young Marine of the Year" award in 2020 through outstanding leading and teaching efforts.
