• Tracked and managed Epic development complete for Data Intelligence on Cloud Pak for Data releases, ensure each squad to complete Epics development for integration test on time
• Managed product level integration test, including test cluster preparation/update/maintenance, test progress monitoring, ensure all tests complete on time
• Tracked and monitored defects, coordinating with squad leads to remove test blockers, including issues in the dependent components
• Prepared and presented release update, including scope, status, critical paths and defect trend.
• Successfully shipped 2 major releases every year, and monthly patch releases, plus on-demand hot fix releases.

• Led development of Common Asset Management Services (CAMS), the core metadata repository for multiple IBM Data & AI products
• Led IBM Knowledge Catalog install, DevOps and test automation
• Led IBM Information Server data migration to Knowledge Catalog
• Led improving CAMS test automation
• Led lab advocate in supporting critical clients (GM)

• Led global development teams for IBM Spectrum LSF and Symphony
• Led design and development of a series of new products (LSF Simulator, LSF Predictor, Advanced Kubernetes Pod Scheduler)
• Led Quality Assurance function for all Spectrum Computing products, supervised QA test planning, automation, execution and quality assessment
• Directed agile development practice for the above products among sites in Toronto and China.
• Prepared and presented monthly product quality analysis to product VPs.

• Established UX design team, defined UX design process, worked out UI style guide with 3rd party consultants, and initiated developing UI common framework.
• Led UX design team in requirement specification, user scenario definition and UI design for Platform ISF (private cloud builder), Platform Symphony for big data applications, Platform Application Center, Platform HPC and Cluster Manager.
