Administrative Assistant (Temporary Assignment)
- Serves as the point of contact for the dean and the Office of Student Services
- Responds to inquiries with little to no supervision
- Maintains all contact information and resources relative to business, education, human services, and community organizations and serves as a liaison as needed
- Greets and routes visitors to the office: responds to student, staff, faculty, and external inquiries regarding Student Services courteously and professionally
- Assist in all SACE Student Services events including SACE Honor Induction Ceremonies, SACE New Student Orientations, SACE Checklist Day, SACE Guest Lectures, and Seminars, SACE Graduation Events/Activities, SACE Graduation Dinner Banquets, SACE Semester Start-up Activities, and all scheduled student events for SACE Students in Philadelphia
- Maintains a close and professional working relationship to support SACE students with the main campus offices including Admissions, Bursar, Financial Aid, Information Technology, Registrar, Student Disabilities & Accommodations, and the University Bookstore
- Maintains and organizes on a semester basis an event calendar for SACE academic-related and academic events, and SACE students’ events and activities
- Maintains, updates, and organizes files/records for SACE Student Services and posts information records to ensure accurate documentation and timely retrieval of data and other complex documents
- Must compile, analyze, and monitor statistical data to evaluate policies and procedures to improve the overall student experience
- Composes, drafts, and types departmental regular and confidential correspondence, manuals, annual reports, project evaluations, and presentations while documenting these items accurately, and timely
- Processes purchase requisitions, expense reports, check requests, and credit card statements for the department
