  • FADS: work with Enterprise Image Viewer website and FADS Home website. Validating dishonor checks and making sure they balance. If TRIPs (DAT file) file is not there will reach out to the appropriate individuals to assist. Will work any issues that present. If unbalanced, must check Trips Adjustments. If not there then go to Inquiry and manually put the dishonor check in. Balance report should show all dishonored checks, generate report, then send in transmission to client. If missing files or issues, I might have to get on bridge line calls in order to rectify the issue.
  • Post Pass 2: Occasionally have to put in a request for a transaction to be rejected out due to batching error or scanning error.
  • Daily watch system for any batches that might have issues. Will correct any errors or issues that present. If unable to correct or fix these issues will engage GCC to assist with batches.
  • Daily will do Truncation Validation by using XPressOne. Create report and validating truncation database vs work processed through the system. If there is a discrepancy, will locate batch(s) on report not showing up on system and marking down as 'on rack to be scanned.'
  • Daily SSN Validation is done once work has been completed for the day. Open Report Utility then save Exception Report for current day. Open report and check for any SSN’s that may have been keyed in the wrong fields. If there is an SSN that was keyed, research and correct the error before transmission is sent to the client.
  • End of Day IBML/E-Series Status Monitor – Watch monitor for any batches that go into error or get stuck on the monitor. If in error pull batch and research issue, then correct. At end of day, open excel spreadsheet and log any outstanding batches on system. If there aren’t any, then record that as well.
  • Report any slowness or freezing that may occur on our system. I will get on bridge line calls if necessary.

  • Support Team Lead: Assisted Business Analyst with testing and worked releases. We would receive Jira’s to test custom edits, form id, tax years, etc. I fill out forms in accordance to the Jira story and make sure the updates work while at the same time make sure the old edits still work.
  • Issues when testing: I would input into a spreadsheet, take screen shots of the issue and email back to the team.
  • If testing was successful, I would send an email signing off on the update.
  • Releases: Come in and work with implementation team, communicate when we scan batches onto the system, let them know if we were good or if we had issues.
  • I would be on phone calls with implementation teams discussing what the client wants or we would discuss what testing needs to be done. We would discuss solutions or they would show us what edits would do going forward.

  • Oversee workflow, making sure the work is not stuck or in error. If in error or stuck in stagers will fix, If I can’t not fix I will engage the appropriate team to assist with the issue.
  • Completed transmissions when we performed them manually. Any issues, would engage the appropriate team to assist with transmissions issues.
  • Old system, we would monitor batches on the system and watch stagers to make sure nothing was hanging up. Would restart stagers if necessary to keep batches flowing through the old system.
  • Delete batches when scanned on for wrong work of date, under wrong lockbox, system glitch, or under the wrong group.
  • Oversaw contingent staff and give instructions for the day.
  • Input contingent staff time daily.
  • Perform error coaching to Chase staff and contingent staff.
  • Answer questions for contingent stand and Chase staff.
  • Acknowledge JPMC staff when they have done a great job or when they come up with excellent ideas.
  • Created spreadsheet IPH tracking and production numbers for keyers.. Inputted in spreadsheet starting tally of volume for the day that needs to be keyed out, how many keyers in the program, every hour would input how much was keyed. Spreadsheet will calculate what the teams IPH was for the hour and how long it will take for the program to be keyed out.
  • Maintain administrative duties daily and in a timely manner.
  • Work on department projects in a timely manner.
  • Monthly would be assigned Audits to perform in the department. RAMP reviews would be uploaded once completed.
  • Worked with implementation team when we switched from an older system to a newer system.
