  • As a medical biller, I billed all charges to Medicaid, Medicare, Commercial and self-pay that came from adult providers, pediatricians, Women’s Health, Behavior Health, dental and labs; audited Lab Corp. In February 2025 my position changed to Patient Relations Specialist. With that position, I confirmed appointments with patients, scheduled appointments for patients, verified all insurances (Medicaid, Medicare and Commercial) and helped patients in any way if they had concerns or questions about their insurance.
