Instruct patients on proper use of equipment and safety measures for home exercise programs.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals such as physicians or occupational therapists to coordinate treatment plans.
Provide support to patients with range of motion exercises, transfer activities, ambulation and mobility activities.
