• Evaluate and treat a complex caseload of 11-15 neuro, stroke, TBI, SCI, pulmonary, ventilator dependent, and medically fragile patients.
• Provide functional based therapy focused on ADLs, mobility progression, balance, strength, endurance, and safe carryover for discharge.
• Use neuro based interventions including task oriented training, self care retraining, therapeutic activities, and cognitive and perceptual rehab.

• Supervised multiple Level I OT students during 40 hour rotations, introducing them to unit workflow, patient safety, and basic clinical expectations.
• Taught fundamental skills including safe patient handling, simple ADL interventions, and appropriate communication with patients and staff.
• Observed student interactions and provided clear feedback on safety awareness, professionalism, and beginning clinical reasoning.
