Hello ...i will basically share a brief history of myself...im currently semi retired nurse of 18yrs...met my wife at Beverly Hills rRehab Centar..California...worked as a charge nurse via registry...ive work at several insitutions after that...unfortunately an medication incident where i worked at occured and not knowing i was scheduled to appear for a hearing to clear the situation..but i did not submit a change of address at the time therefore was not aware of the hearing...it lead to the automatic recovation of my license..i only found out when it was time to renewal of the license..i didnt persue to clarify the accusations because i moved to the Phillipines..my wifes home toen and there 20yrs ..now i returned i needed something to do ..im planning to take a LVN refresher course in January in a effort to retain my LVN license..and my son started his BofFA..and im looking for work until my license is restored..thankyou
