Assists/answers the domestic violence 24 hour hotline and recognizes emergency situations. Communicates thoroughly with law enforcement personnel. Provides education to families, information and referrals to agencies. Coordinates residents therapy sessions and other activities. Experience with at risk families with children ensuring interpersonal skills and help cope with social problems. Knowledge of grants and agency required statistical and administrative documentation for monthly and annual reports. Knowledge in child protective services court hearing and filling and organize case court documents. Assist caseworkers with family home visits due to removals or placements. Experience in qualifying and registering clients to state and other social programs. Outstanding communication skills and training abilities. Exceptional computer skills. Knowledge of local/state/federal programs and company regulations. Brings excellent organizational skills and talent for overcoming customer objections. Self-motivated and true team player.
