Summary

PROFILE & EXPERIENCE CLn Skin Care: Aug. 2022 – Sep. 2025 (Territory Sales Manager) – managed entire northeast U.S. territory from introduction to product line, through sales negotiations, and customer service follow-ups. I handled accounts in CRM database, scheduled office visits and lunch trainings via zoom for dermatology offices interested in using our skin care line. Received a promotion to Territory Sales Manager from Inside Sales Rep. position, and saw continued growth in my territory quarter over quarter since 2023. I was responsible for booking my flights, rental cars, and hotels to visit 35-40 dermatologists in different states every other month. Shown consistent ability to hit quotas, and have greatly exceeded quotas given to me over the last calendar year. With an average goal of $4,000-$4,800 for 2025, I have consistently met or exceeded these goals. In July, I doubled my sales target ($4,000) to well over $8,000 in sales, and finished 60% over goal in August as well. EchoPark Automotive: Mar. 2021 – Mar. 2022 (Sales/Experience Guide) – specializations in pre-owned vehicle sales with warranty/extended service contracts, financing, credit applications, and insurance. (F&I) Sold 150+ vehicles of all makes and models averaging 18-24 closed deals a month at $2,000 per copy. Generated repeat business and closed at a high rate through genuine story-telling and informative, not combative approach. Responsible for nurturing and converting test drive appointments, appraisals, into sales. Using dealer marketing services, CRM software, and cold calling customers, I connect and drive business through the door that I am responsible for selling, that leads to larger store success overall. Reported and worked alongside sales managers and finance managers on daily planning, execution, and follow-up. Why Pay More Auto Repair: Dec. 2020 – Mar. 2021 (Automotive Receptionist) – responsible for greeting and providing new and existent customers through the nuances of mechanical and body repair over the phone and in person. Handled general transactions with money handling, invoices, and organization of documents. Reported directly to master technician and communicated information for repairs, estimates, insurance agents, and claims process with the highest customer service. Safeway/Albertson’s: May. – Nov. 2018 (Cashier/Front-End Supervisor) – provided highest customer service to shoppers, oversaw inventory orders, and supervised front-end. Also worked in other departments if needed, primarily as a produce clerk. Fluent in English, conversational level Spanish; experience working and speaking in Spanish
