• Responsible of assisting residents with their daily medication, following up with pharmacies, ordering medication, keep track of centrally store medication. Maintaining good communication with families, nurses and director to report any changes in patient's health status. Train and support new personnel hired.
• Responsible to assist our residents with their ADL's. Building strong relationships with residents to deliver emotional support and companionship.
• Supported the Assisted Living Director in many different ways:

-Staff schedule

-Central supply

- Data entry

• Supported the Assisted Living Charge nurse with:

-Filing

-Faxing

-Scheduling resident's medical appointments.

-Coordination of transportation and aides.

-Coordination of special events; such as flu clinic, podiatrist and monthly weights and Vitals.

• Kept detailed track of household and maintenance inventory.
• Staff schedule.
• Ordered personal and household supplies.
• Assisted owner with personal projects.
• Helped with running errands, dry cleaning and returns.

• Cleaned house, ran errands, managed laundry, and completed weekly grocery shopping.
• Maintained clean, safe, and well-organized patient environment.
• Provided assistance in daily living activities by dressing, grooming, bathing, and toileting patients.
• Transported individuals to activities, medical appointments, and shopping trips.

• Maintained tidy and clean classroom consistent with safety and health standards.
• Interacted with children one-on-one and in small groups.
• Engaged and entertained children through recreational and educational activities.
• Supervised children during in-classroom activities and on playground.
• Prepared for lessons by gathering educational materials and setting up equipment.
