First off, I have been in the boilermaker/maintenance mechanic work setting for over 10+ years and am very competent in the requirements needed to perform all tasks associated with that job title. I am very familiar with all the material associated with this field as well, so it helps a lot in a warehouse job. I also was in and out of material lay down yards and warehouses during my boilermaker run. I usually would get pulled from boilermaking to work in the yards/warehouses during turnarounds.
I was a warehouse material controller for P66 at Alliance Refinery both as a contractor for around a year and then hired on as an official P66 employee. We did everything warehouse related as it was only 3 workers running the entire warehouse.
I worked for Axion as a material handler and the contract got changed to DHL whom I currently work for at Shell Norco.
I've worked in every position at one point or another here and I am currently in charge of the projects warehouse and help other areas when I get caught up. I can easily adapt to any new rules, procedures and protocols at a new site as needed.
Very versatile! Great communication and have great leadership qualities as needed, but am also a great follower. "In order to become a great leader you must first learn to follow well." Very quick learner and can easily adapt to new and different work situations.
Thank you for your time,
Sincerely Pernell
