- Guide JSP and AOP strategic planning for ~$500M IVS business. Working jointly with L3HRS enterprise organizations and IVS executive team to establish key market assumptions and actions to define key financial targets. CY24 expected performance growth for FCF/OI/Revenue on track (thru Q3) to be 27%/87%/16% respectively.
- Oversee implementation of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process, enhancing financial planning alignment to contractual and market requirements and required operational build plans. Developed new dashboard models for managing business performance on product delivery, FCF, Revenue and OI.
- Lead IVS organization to be cash-first, data driven operation. Implemented comprehensive 13-week FCF model tied to weekly operational dashboards highlighting the Quantity of Build/Test/Ship/Acceptance performance by week, by product line.
- Implement commercial value-based product pricing oversight to optimize Product ROS and take into account COVID/Inflation driven Supply Chain escalation
- Develop and implement a financial ROI range model to assess/support the IVS product rationalization process. Success in selling two product lines for $32M to a preferred OEM, while maintaining a supplemental agreement for the continued supply of Image Intensifier Tubes.
- Leverage accounting operations in support of the key business objectives, fiduciary requirements and USG compliance - Broaden team's management of FCF and Working Capital forecasting - specifically material receipts and inventory forecast planning
- Proactively coordinate financial and regulatory audits to provide recommendations for procedural improvements
