As a Lead Structures mechanic on the( F35 center wing build) my responsibilities are to assist other mechanics on job knowledge and recommend better shop practices. As a senior structures mechanic my responsibility is the drill up of all three variants meeting all quality requirements through the use of SFM/QMS.
