As a Lead Structures mechanic on the( F35 center wing build) my responsibilities are to assist other mechanics on job knowledge and recommend better shop practices. As a senior structures mechanic my responsibility is the drill up of all three variants meeting all quality requirements through the use of SFM/QMS.

• Performs scheduled maintenance (to include all aspects of corrosion control) and unscheduled maintenance on U.S
• Navy T45 trainer aircraft.(Minor and major structural repair/modifications
• Removal and replacement of high time /malfunctioning components, engine removal and replacement
• Also to include all corrosion control inspections All in accordance with Navy and company standards and maintenance manuals
• Performs all Airframe/ Powerplant CDI Quality functions on a daily basis to ensure we meet Quality and Company objectives
• All task are completed by use of all microsoft applications(maintenance planning,manuals, illustrated parts breakdown and all company related training syllabus
• Also by use of Navy's computer NALCOMIS/OOMA / tracking of documents, man hours, parts requisitioning and maintenance completion.

• Performed 1st and 2nd 100 hour phase inspections on Navy T-34 trainer (Beechcraft) aircraft
• Inspected aircraft for discrepancies (removed/replaced high time components (flight control actuators/landing gear and other major components.) IAW, Navy manuals and Tech pubs
• Responsibility as a CDI/ QAR inspect work performed by other mechanics and buy off ensuring a quality and customer satisfaction
• Performed aircraft acceptance/delivery inspections
• Training completed via Microsoft apps and Navy standards (GSE, Tire and Wheel, Towing and handling and Servicing)
• All maintenance completed and Documented on Navy Vidsmats and WI's (maintenance action forms 4790, work instructions and NALCOMIS/OOMA.) Repaired all structural components/flight controls/structural modifications.

• Performed Dual rails modification on C-130 Aircraft
• Removal of chafe flare systems and installation of Skin doubler and all new internal structural components for ramp/storage modification (Interim Secret Clearance acquired).

• Responsible for the removal of structural frame from Main Landing Gear door skins and prep for re-bond to new skin
• Repair all incoming discrepancies to structure iaw Air-force TOs, manufacturer blueprints and Lockheed Martin process specs.

• Responsible for planning weekly assignments of structural assembly and installation ensuring scheduled objectives are met and a delivery to meet customer satisfaction, maintaining schedules through Microsoft/Project/Excel, scheduling workloads for 25 plus mechanics to accommodate scheduled objectives, employees training/ records upkeep, ensuring all compliance training/ safety standards are in place and being followed in responsible work areas
• Ensures that all maintenance in the responsible area will completed drawings, engineering orders and respective repair manuals
• Works with the engineering dept
• To revise work instructions, engineering orders and initiates drawing change request
• Tracks budgets and all required parts by use of Sap/ Swift
• Briefs aircraft budgets and schedule updates to management / customer on a daily basis
• As a structures mechanic performed all phases of minor/major structural repair on Navy P-3, C-9, C130 aircraft in accordance with Navy air manuals, EOs and EAs
• Performed major interior/exterior structural modifications to U.S
• Customs P-3, DC10 and C-130 aircraft
