  • Prepare Tax Statements for families who paid fees for Year 2023.
  • Send all documents on timely manner to all Head teachers throughout school district.
  • And also, sent out email blast.
  • Perform monthly reconciliations of bank deposits and credit card automatic payments for November 2023, December 2023 and January - June 2024.
  • Oversight for all past due fees that are over 30 days.
  • Responsible to issue delinquent fees notices and sending them to the family and Head teachers.
