- Managed opening and closing procedures and recommended changes to enhance efficiency of daily activities.
- Everyday responsibilities include reaching out to vendors in order to acquire product, communicating with buying teams and order management to help allocate products into our stores, and research new and innovative products that would sell within our department.
- Communicate and regularly touch base with WM PRO customers to see how we can meet the needs of their businesses. These accounts would reach out when they would need products (from the store or ordered) for their business, something I was happy to assist with! These actions developed a loyal customer base through personalized interactions and increased repeat business through in-store visits and online ordering. I take great pride in are the relationships I have built with come of these great professionals and business owners!
- During my employment, the Sarasota West Marine's fishing department has exceeded sales goals and we have consistently been No. 1 in sales throughout the district (all stores from Crystal River to Marco Island) and have steadily remained No. 2 in sales throughout the national chain.
