  • R&S Beverages – corrected all CAL-OSHA initiatives, improved inventory for customer AB, Outsourced & implemented new equipment to improve the overall operations: solar, refrigeration, RF picking scanners, fast response mechanic.
  • GCE Logistics – Successfully managed the overall Operations of three locations plus moved newly acquired customer SAABG from North Carolina to Ontario (two locations in 3-mths time frame)
  • XPO Logistics - Successfully transitioned customer Amazon into our plan by utilizing: 7S, Lean, Kaizen, Core-Values: becoming the #1 site in all XPO (Amazon-sent their team to our site to train).
  • NYK Logistics – Process Improvements-reduction in staff by improving the overall aspects of the Operation (Inventory, Outbound Picking): eliminated OT went from 12-hr workday to 8-hrs, change layout of the entire Operation.
