Pete Maslenikov

Seattle,WA

Summary

I have a 27 year career in commercial construction that has focused entirely on Life Science and Healthcare construction. In this timeframe I have had responsibilities ranging from managing small projects as a subcontractor to leading market sectors for our local office. I have developed an acumen for managing self-perform work as well as becoming a leader in diversity & inclusion for our local office.

Since 2006 I have been involved in ACE Mentoring and now have risen to the position of President of the Board of Directors. The development and support of our youth is a passion of mine, which I will continue to pursue and develop.

I am looking forward to finishing my career with a firm that aligns with my values and supports my efforts to develop our next generation of a diverse workforce in both construction management and trade worforces.
