• Directs all operations within multiple district contracts to include, but not limited to; meeting budgetary goals, employee relations, customer relations, and meeting client expectations at all times. This position reports directly to the head of operations and oversees Front Line Team members.
• Customer Relations, Maintain a close working relationship with the direct customer and all district managers
• Conduct at a minimum weekly formal meetings with the customer.
• Maintain satisfactory customer expectations at all times.
• Rectify all concerns in a timely manner.
• Assure all employees and Contract managers are trained properly.
• Provide positive leadership to all subordinates.
• Ensure contract managers and assistant’s within area conduct positive leadership.
• Document disciplinary actions when necessary up to and including discharge (with proper approval).
• Assure that all working within the area adheres to all company and customer policies and procedures as outlined.
• Conduct routine performance evaluations. Budgetary Standards:
• Review and control labor costs within the area.
• Review hours budget comparison reports daily to assure the proper hours are being worked. Address deviations immediately.
• Correct incomplete clock in or clock out hours and other timekeeping irregularities.
• Review and control supply costs within the area.
• Review and control all other direct costs such as equipment needs, cell phones, overtime, etc. Quality Standards:
• Assure all assignments are staffed each shift.
• Conduct routine inspect assigned locations. Ensure that work performed satisfies internal and customer expectations.
• Address any deficiencies in a timely manner including preparing action plans for
• Attend monthly manager safety meetings.
• Conduct monthly safety meetings within own area.
• Assure that all staff are working safely.
• Identify and correct any unsafe behaviors or conditions immediately.
• Investigate any work place injuries immediately.
