  • Perform duties and functions associated with all wafer production tool sets including operation, tool error and recovery of equipment and process.
  • Collect and evaluate operating data to conduct tech to tech pass down on equipment issues, adjustment's and ensure process optimization without quality issues.
  • Organizing and planning schedule, delegating instructions to determine work activities for team.
  • Safely & efficiently operating assigned equipment and machinery with focus put on ergonomics and BKM.
  • Responsible for tracking and troubleshooting issues, deviations and defects in the production line.
  • Daily pm maintenance of tools and equipment meeting all qualifications and maintenance schedules as required by specification before processing product.

  • Escalates and reporting of any failure of product and/or qualification wafers to L3 technicians and/or engineering for evaluation.
  • Follow safe work practices, procedures as documented to assure the safety of all employees and escalate any safety concerns or violations through safety reporting system and/or to Operating Manager to address.
  • Maintained a safe work environment, which includes general housekeeping, labeling and proper disposal of chemical waste.
  • Set up and operate production equipment, loading and unloading product wafer.
  • Data entry and documentation of processing and shipment of lots.
  • Automated processing of product.
  • Conducted training of new employees on all various tool sets within specified TRDS module.
  • Participated in the revision and updating of spec’s related to work process and clean room GNP.
