Including operating, monitoring, maintaining, and recovery of product within a clean room environment. Collecting and evaluation of operation data to conduct equipment adjustment and ensure process optimization. Maintenance of various toolsets in compliance with the company’s quality and safety guidelines. Participated on safety teams and ERT along with Ergonomic Kaizen events to establish the best known method (BKM’s) for proper procedure of tool operation. Team facilitator for helping to organize and execute team functions. Helping to foster and promote a productive healthy and positive team work-environment and atmosphere. Responsible for performing preventive maintenance and following scheduled maintenance plan. Ownership of troubleshooting non-standard events in production and documenting all issues. Working with other production areas to provide assistance in cross training and certifications, including peer training and updating training spec’s. Using practical and analytical thinking in problem-solving of nonstandard issues while developing solutions and recommendations.
