Maintain four separate properties with more than sixty units. Preventative maintance and emergency situations. Plumbing, electical, carpentry finish to frame, hvac, tile, sheetrock, painting.

Daily planning, safty as a main priority to keep all employees safe. Communication with other tradesmen and inspectors to make sure the job is meeting time deadlines and up to code. Operate, maintain and fix equipment like forktrucks, lulls skid steerer, tools and other light and heavy equipment.
