Training via a multi week course with an exam to determine learned skills. Action selling is one of the best sales training programs I have been a part of. I have trained multiple other sales team members using the principals of action selling for over the last fifteen years of my career.
I have held a variety of leadership roles in the past 25 years. My passion is people development, having my team succeed, overcome, develop new skills, and advance in the organization. I have had as many as 15 direct reports and an organization total size of 18 with a total revenue responsibility of 35M. I have also led efforts away from those organizations as a coordinator and leader of charitable efforts of bicycle stewardship efforts for children, fundraising efforts for Water Missions, the Chrohn's and Colitis Foundation of America, and White Bear Area Food Shelf through ultra-cycling events.
