Recently as for last year worked for Major League Baseball in the Elite Development Program Puerto Rico as a Baseball infield and hitting instructor. I’m a third generation professional baseball career, from my grandfather Mr. Pedro Vazquez (E. Valero Class1992), pioneer of sport broadcasting radio and TV program and Professional Baseball of Puerto Rico Winter Ball President, also baseball scout for Boston Red Sox and Cleveland Indians signing my father Joe Montalvo (Vazquez 2024) ; Roger Moret (Moret 2024) ; Jose Beniquez, (Beniquez 2024) . President of Puerto Rico Winter baseball. Since I can remember going to stadiums and sports events listen to meeting of executives talking, I decided, I wanted to have the same leadership in sports. Five sport High School Athlete to Four Sport Athlete in College with scholarship 1975 and in 1980 played college baseball NCAA D1 in Jacksonville State University in Alabama, USA. Participate for 18 years’ semi-pro baseball in PR. Representing PR in Colombia, Ecuador (2 times), Dominican Republic (2 times), and Panama. From my college days until I retired as a ball player always was worked in sport relating field at all levels. Between 1985-1992 worked for the city of San Juan, PR creating the first city of San Juan baseball School, also established myself as recreational director, and coordinator, organizing community groups and providing guidance in social, cultural, and physical behavior development. I have also directed volunteer group leaders, coordinated, trained, and support recreational facilities Professional representative with robust experience and strong commitment to delivering exceptional results.
