Manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously from preconstruction planning through project completion.

Responsibilities & Accomplishments:

• Lead full-cycle project execution across multiple concurrent commercial projects, from underground utilities and rough-in through final inspections and turnover.
• Develop and maintain project schedules; coordinate subcontractors across all trades including framing, MEP, drywall, flooring, glazing, and concrete.
• Manage quality control through field verification, plan review, and punch list development; procure materials and generate RFIs to keep projects on schedule.
• Direct self-perform labor crews, coordinate inspections, and provide weekly progress reporting to project management.

• Supported management of commercial shell and TI projects — coordinating subcontractors, directing labor crews, creating take off for materials.
• Conducted QC inspections, developed punch lists, and managed completion activities through owner turnover.
• Promoted to Superintendent within 18 months based on demonstrated field leadership and project performance.

• Performed framing, drywall, insulation, finish work, and punch list completion on large multifamily and industrial projects.
• Frequently acted as lead laborer — coordinating labor crews, and serving as liaison between labor and site superintendents.
• Covered superintendent responsibilities during periods of absence.
