  • Upon reviewing the Recruiting efforts of the company, I found it necessary to bring in a whole new team while also implementing a new ATS system (iCIMS)
  • We completed the team revamp by the end of June 2015 which allowed our 3rd and 4th quarter production to triple the results of the 1st and 2nd quarter
  • We achieved more hires for the company than had been achieved in its 27-year history

  • I was charged with transitioning the function from our Denver office to the corporate offices in Waltham, MA
  • This included hiring and training a completely new recruitment team as well as administrative staff
  • Redesigned and developed a working model that has allowed the division to achieve 350% in my four years with Fresenius
  • I was also responsible for a team of 5 Full Cycle recruiters that focused on filling positions in high need/high crisis areas of the country
  • I was initially charged with taking on the recruiting responsibilities for a challenging part of the country
  • Based on the success of that recruitment effort and those of the team I managed, Fresenius re-vamped their entire recruitment model based on these efforts increasing recruiter headcount from 10 to approximately 80 recruiters
  • My role expanded to include various projects to support the company’s overall Talent Acquisition initiatives
  • Implemented companywide policies regarding the use of and placement of agency staff for Fresenius North America resulting in a significant decrease in the utilization of outside agency saving the company in excess of $10 million
