During my 15 year military career, I completed three combat deployments to the Middle East.   • Provided food safety and defense support elements of the Regional Command South Multinational Forces for Kandahar Airfield and 46 Forward Operating bases and Combat Outpost.
  • Represented the United States government’s interest in relations to subsistence contracts while ensuring regulatory compliance; approved procedures, control processes, ALFOODACTS, safety protocols, and contract plans for delivering to and storing subsistence in the Kandahar Providence during Afghanistan deployment.
  • NCOIC FPT Surveillance Lab, establishing the first operational food surveillance lab in Afghanistan processing over 1350 microbiological and bioterrorism agent specific test on over 500 food samples.
  • Coordinates transportation, administration, and logistical support of food inspectors during CONUS and deployment operations.
  • Managed the operational readiness of over $700,00 MTOE, ensured 100% accountability and maintenance.
