• Advocated for patients by participating in Unit Practice Council to verify interventions, altering treatment goals, and identifying the best possible outcomes for patients using a evidence based approach with dissection of current research.
• Creation and implementation of hospital wide standardization to maintain comprehensive stroke certification for Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center titled "Stroke Post-reperfusion Nursing Documentation and Care Guideline."

• Actively seek to recruit younger students who are interested in the healthcare field.
• Attend workshops and local high schools to procure and interview new recruits in preparation for internships and apprenticeships in the healthcare setting.
