Summary

My leadership with Watoto Children's Choir saw my tours raise more funds than had been raised by any other tour before us. The church I planted in Uganda now meets at our two campuses and is growing every week without my direct involvement. I discipled enough people to continue what Jesus started. I have worked in every aspect of church ministry. I understand the church is my Father's business, not a career. Everything and anything church to honor Jesus is important because it all contributes to the big picture of establishing our Father's Kingdom on earth.

Work History

Pastor

Musaale Church
Charlotte, NC
01.2010 - 12.2019
  • After my work with the choir, I felt God lead me to move on and walk by faith, so I did. I started a safari business in Kampala, Uganda. The safari business hosted tourists as well as mission teams to Uganda, providing transport and accommodation services as well safari tours to Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania and Rwanda. The safari business became my primary financial support for the church that I planted in my hometown - Mbale, Uganda.
  • We planted Musaale church January 2014. In February 2016, we planted a second campus in Soroti, Uganda.
  • As pastor of the church, I oversaw everything that pertained to the success of our church engagements and meetings. I trained a band and singers for the church at both campuses.
  • I was preacher and song leader for the services as well as sound tech guy and children's church leader. I did these things as a means to demonstrate what I wanted to see done at the church. Sometimes as leaders we expect what we have not demonstrated. Christ's model was always to demonstrate. Discipleship is demonstration.
  • In 2019, I felt God ask me to let go my responsibilities and trust others to do what I did. God asked me to see if my model was working. So I let go and trusted the team to preach, to lead, to facilitate in song and everything. They did well, I was out of a job. At the end of 2019, God asked me to return to the United States and walk by faith. So here I am reaching out to avail my services where they may be needed.
