The operation of an RDC2 cutting label press. The operator will possess a combination of knowledge, skill, and abilities to carry out work activities related to the operation of the cutting press.
Responsibilities:

• Understanding of primary components, principle functions, and purposes of cutting press systems including Blueprint reading,measuring all sizes dimensions, unwind, in-feed, adjustment/ laminating, die-cutting, waste removal, rewind/conveyor.
• General make-ready procedures
• Pepper Rolls
• Impression-related cutting problems
• Specifications and characteristics of Rolls

Requirements – Possess core skills consisting of:

• Platting:
• Paint cylinders end, setup gear adapter with sealing disk, plastic tube, screw tight with power drills, used hammers tight plastic until is tight and secured. Crane lifting cylinders to wash in the sink and clean with Alcohol, Acetone, sulfuric, and use paste over cylinder clean with water. Set up tank, shake, open pump, calculates cylinder sizes, report day plate, circumference/face, ots sizes, and amp timing. Cylinders complete plating, lift off from the tanks, measure cylinder planting sizes, Vicker read v230-v260 how har copper.The used crane lifts off from the tanks, loses gears, and plastics, and pushes over to the next process.
• Striping:
• Set up a tray, and set up Cylinders sleaves, gears, use power tools drill, screw tight secured, clean dirt glues, set up hot water spray on the cylinders until is very hot and strips until the chrome came off, lifts
• Flash:
• Set up sleeves, gears use power tool drills tight until is secured, measure new steel base and calculate cylinders size, set up the tank and open hot water temperature 90 degrees, clean cylinders until is very clean and paint both sizes end, set the cylinders at least 20 mins complete to flash, and then turn off the voltage and lift the cylinders from the tank to dry and wraps with pepper and cardboard.
• Chroming:
• Set up chrome tank, set up basket levels, and open hot water temperature to60 degrees. set up adapters, and gears, and use hand tight or power tools tight and secured, tap both sizes of adapters, clean with Naptha, acetone, and alcohol, rain with hot water temperature 120 degrees 5 minutes, and set in tank 45 minutes until chroming complete time, and lift off from tank to clean and wash with cold water, and take gears, adapters off.
• Polish Master.
• Set up half-shells, turn o machine moving table sizes. keep checking water temperature or oil refill. Lath cutting radius end used and file tool to clean until is very smooth, use acetone to clean paint from both sides. Grand off and replates, size customer needs,and keep measuring below .006 thousand or polish cut down:
• Set up cut down, measure sizes on ticket cylinders, set up or indicator, adjust gear levels, use pepper touch, and keep marking every time when every pass cutting until is needed and clean with Naptha, wrap with pepper to flash and plate.
• Used coordination and planning skills to achieve results according to schedule.
