I started as a ski technician. My position involved setting up ski rental equipment and talking customers into renting upgraded equipment. Year two, I was promoted to head of retail sales. I doubled the sales amount my first year. Year three, I was promoted to assistant manager.

Job tasks included: explaining the different types of perennials, shrubs and tress to customers,(size, flower color and fall color) watering and pruning nursery stock, operating an end loader in order to load customers trailers, removing ball and burlap trees from the ground with an end loader with forks and loading on trailers, delivering materials in a 5 ton dump truck. No CDL was required.
