- Prior to pursuing a clerical vocation, I was attending school in order to become a lawyer. My goal was to become a crown prosecutor in a small town in rural Ontario, Canada. Upon returning to the practice of the faith, I felt called to discern a priestly vocation.
- In 2009, as a seminarian of the Hamilton diocese, I entered the seminary of Saint Philip Neri in Toronto, Canada.
- After three years of diocesan formation, I discerned a call to religious life, and I entered Saint Michael's Abbey in 2012.
- While at Saint Michael's Abbey, I finished my theological studies and completed an apostolic year teaching in our preparatory school.
- In July of 2021, I was ordained a Catholic priest in our newly constructed Abbey Church, with my close friend and brother, Fr. Frederick Schmit.
- Since my ordination, I have resided at the abbey and held the positions of head infirmarian, refectorian, and brewmaster. I am the chaplain and director of the Traditional Latin Mass apostolate in North County, San Diego.
- In my four years of priestly service, I have founded four young adult groups. One of which is now a diocesan-wide group with an emailing list of over a thousand young adults, and has a monthly attendance of over 100 young adults who come for adoration and confession.
- I have also founded a small institute for evangelization called Talking Catholic which is designed to bring non-Catholics into the faith. To date, I have helped more than 100 individuals be received into the Catholic Church.
- Currently, I am studying Spanish.
