    Used ATS to Recruit Canvassers and Interviewed, hired, and trained new canvassers for Insulation and Solar. Contracted to refer 100 candidates a month. We automated the process up until a manager spoke to a candidate in an interview.
  • V3 Electric January 2021- June 2021 After looking thoroughly thousands of applicants' resumes would reach out to hundreds of qualified applicants a month to attend an intro webinar over zoom where the manager would give information about the solar rep position to see if they were still interested in the work. For those still interested, they would sign up for an interview time and date via a calendly link where they would interview with the v3 manager before getting hired.
  • Tax Deferred Solutions September 2018- June 2021 Created our own marketing program using our own servers and email to reach out and track thousands of licensed life agents across America to become benefits and retirement counselors for teachers and public employees. We automated the entire process from reaching out to the agents and responding to the agents up to the point of someone actually interviewing the agent.
  • EZ Computer Solutions January 2020- Present Working on creating a driving crew to transport products daily for EZ computer solutions. Worked along side them to create software and website for different clients. Created our own ATS with them to speed up and make more efficient recruiting processes for other companies.
