33 Years 5 Months- I have been part of the lead team staff for this residential house individuals, who Planned and set goals, organized resources and tasks, lead and motivated staff, and monitored team performance to ensure effective operations. Most importantly the safety and wellbeing of all resident individuals served is a top priority.
- All regular and annual medical appointments such as their dental care and a comprehensive annual physical, vision, Therapy, etc. These core duties help steer staff to assist all individuals to reach their goals and objectives of their every year ISP.
- Managed daily operations of household, ensuring smooth functionality and organization as a lead team leader.
- Developed and implemented efficient scheduling systems for staff and activities along side with the past managers.
