An experienced creative director/designer and real estate developer with and for leading brands such as Nike, Giorgio Armani and Calvin Klein with 30 years of design, branding, marketing and business operations experience. Working on global roll out programs as well as developing new emerging brands, Peter has managed all levels of design, development and brand marketing execution. Peter has been a business owner/developer/designer since 2000 with three successful design, development, lighting and project management business’ in operation working in 12 countries and across big and small companies always with creative solutions to critical branding and marketing challenges. Peter’s business has focused largely on luxury retail, custom lighting, and interior design/development for hotel brands, Hospitality spaces and residential real estate development. By example, the Andaz (Hyatt) in West Hollywood, Marriott Marquis in Washington DC and W Hotel in Washington DC. Smaller hotel brands as well as restaurants, lounges, commercial spaces are all part of the scope of work and expertise. Most recently in the last 10 years Peter has taken on the roll of a developer, creating and developing a large commercial and residential projects. Building project teams, executing design plans and building out each project based on financial prospects agreed by all parties. This effort combines many of the various skills acquired over the years combined.

  • Dominican Republic – Designed, developed Resort community of luxury homes
  • This 77-acre mixed-use property is being developed as hybrid of luxury resort with 174 villas with sizes from, s.f
  • To 5000sf
  • High-end Caribbean lifestyle design with all modern appointments, materials and appliances with open plan layouts
  • 13 resort amenities buildings are under development that includes: reception buildings, beach club, restaurants, gym, spa, yoga sala, tennis and staff buildings
  • 7927-7931 East Drive, North Bay Village – Design/development and construction management
  • Partnering with co-developer from Troy Michigan, we are developing 15 story, 103-unit condo building on causeway island in North Miami beach
  • Property sits on water and will have its own marina to service large boating community in Miami beach area
  • Currently under concept design and early design development

  • The London Hotel
  • New York Luxury suites and fitness center
  • In partnership with Blackstone, CELADON group designed, developed and constructed super suites and 6 junior suites along with full floor fitness center within this newly renovated luxury hotel
  • Wall to wall custom millwork, furniture, lighting and details at every level of each suite
  • Designed to impress most distinguished luxury guests for private events, dignitaries in town for UN assembly or corporate events, super suites are at the peak of refined luxury.

  • Peter Founded and developed with two partners, a 77 acre parcel of land on north coast of Dominican Republic for development of a luxury resort community of homes amenity’s and services
  • Seven sizes and configurations of villas are developed to sell and participate in rental program
  • 5 years in development, design and permits that has produced a striking new luxury hybrid resort with unobstructed ocean views and private access beach
  • Strong team of designer builders and specialists were formed to create all the components of amenities and services required

  • Peter and partner Esko founded and developed cutting edge decorative architectural lighting company.
  • Its simple proposition was to create the first best in class decorative LED light fixture company with architectural specs and options
  • Ilomio succeeded buy designing unique modern, Danish inspired decorative light fixtures with task level outputs, high CRI and multiple color and white options all with remote API controls if needed
  • Ilomio built its own factory in small seaside town one hour north of Copenhagen and expanded to 30,000 s.f
  • Pain and assembly plant within 3 years time
  • Ilomio successfully launched its product in 10 countries with roaster of sales agencies and reps from across US and Europe
  • In 2013 Peter Williamson sold Ilomio company to his partner, who still operates the buisness today.

  • Peter was hired on at this international consumer product display and promotion company to help sell company
  • Peter was intimately involved in reorganizing design studios in four offices from New York, Paris, Leicester England and Hong Kong
  • Peter was responsible for 150 designers and engineers along with key luxury clients management
  • Peter personally managed with his team and larges roll-out of in-store renovations for Estee Lauder and Clinique in their history and developed the research, design and roll-out for a co-branded product launch for Evian and Johnson &Johnson in France
  • At completion of his tenure Peter was invoived in the pitches and sale of CPI to a large paper and commercial display company based in North Carolina
  • After Sale, Peter was elevated to Corp VP of design Chesapeak Display co
  • Peter was then responsible for all corp
  • Graphic communications as a public company and managing key client relationships with our more that 10 design studios in house with large clients such as P&E and many of the know luxury brands in the US and Europe, from watches, cosmetics, perfums, golf, fashion and housewares.

  • Peter was recruited from his first design job to be the created director within a global group called image design
  • He was based in Portland at HQ and his division was solely responsible for all public facing events, product graphic, internal video, specialty retail and global product launches
  • At the time there were 250 designers across the US, Europe and Asia for Nike design
  • Peter was specifically involved in a number of critical projects for Nike
  • Supershow, which was a private sales event for all the US sales, that showcased the newest product and technology
  • The World cup of men’s Soccer in France in 1998
  • Peter and his team secured a large venue at the base of “La Defence”
  • They designed and built a 150,000 s.f
  • Soccer experience park under the La Defence building
  • Along with this, they developed a mobile arsenal of refurbished and branded old milk trucks and cooper minis emblazended with the Nike sponsored teams
  • The mobile arsenal entered each of the 9 cities around France and challenged young kids with playing street soccer while introduction them to Nike soccer as a brand
  • Nike Town New York was a dream of Phil Nights
  • The image design team and Peter group developed with a cast of hundreds the ground up building of Nike’s greatest retail brand experience to date
  • With four floors and branded experiences at every corner, the retail space was not designed to sell volumes of product but to engage the athlete in all of us with the Nike products for each category
  • The project was an overwhelming success and eventually the company modified the retail store to manage the massive crowds of customers that wanted product beyond what was originally conceived.
