I am an open-minded, responsible and reliable individual. I welcome new challenges, and I am a fast learner. As my career progressed, I have found my happiness in IT and digital product development, where I can really apply my skills. I possess strong strategic, solution-oriented and analytical capacities which allow me to find the best solution and solve any problem with ease. I am a natural leader and enjoy playing a role in an inspiring team. Furthermore, I have extensive experience in ERP implementations in the areas of finance, logistics and financial reporting, as well as managing and coordinating cross-functional teams. I have been through all phases of software development from first ideas to integrations in complex IT environments. I have built a successful startup Rentalit ( J&T financial group) and I lead it as a CEO for few years. In recent years I have found my passion in digitalization of sustainability and ESG where I can drive positive change.
