While working for the World’s Largest Independent Renewable Energy Company and Promoting the Company Safety Culture I’ve delivered training on Safety Initiatives, Site Induction, Work procedures. Assist in maintaining Site–Specific documentation and templates, Site Passports, Site Induction, Job Hazard Analysis. Lead safety related discussions at Plan of the Day (POD) in the absence of the Site Safety Lead. Inspect work areas to verify consistency with procedural, client, and regulatory requirements. Assist in incident investigations to determine Root Cause and recommend appropriate Corrective Actions. Develop Incident Reports to support findings from investigations. Perform Corporate Drug testing procedure. Perform Safety Walks, Audits and Inspections. Coach / Mentor / Counsel /Train employees.

Support safety professionals from CRM while they went to different job sites including construction sites. Assessed activates and completed JSA/JAH analysis for a number of different job types/trades.

Takes the opportunity to learn about system design, installation, and code requirement in the electrical trades. Learn about lighting fixtures, other electrical items attached to systems and install properly

Worked on all facets of demolition, rough and finished carpentry for single family construction.

Permitting- Applied and obtained building permits for various locations in Massachusetts.
