I won't lie and say that Im the best, absolute 100% perfect candidate. Im not perfect. Im candid, and very laid back. I do my best to be professional when necessary. I work when I need to work, and I will help when asked. When I work with others, I work well and do my best to communicate, Im motivated to learn more and work hard, and I learn fast, but it may take me a bit to find my proper work flow to operate at maximum capacity.
While I was working for Milwaukee tool, each day had a chance to give me a new machine, and learn how to operate the new machine. Mainly, the job consisted of reporting faults to the technicians, retrieving parts from the conveyor belt, setting them into boxes, and inspecting parts for issues and continuing top mark them as bad parts.
So far, I've worked on 5 different machines there, with four of the five being Hard Hat production. The job did require extensive communication, between myself, my Team Lead, and the Technicians within my department.
While I worked at Taco bell, I was regarded generally pleasantly by all of my coworkers due to the hustle I put into the job. Despite my title specifically being Service champion, I was crosstrained into being a Food Champion as well, and could help make food when needed. Most of the time, I did stay on the line to help out during rushes, and did all I could to ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for both the Staff and customers.
I left due to mistreatment, unfortunately, much like my time in Cousins. After our second General Manager change, the third treated much of us like expendable assets, and actively told us that, regardless of the stores condition, we were expected to continue working. I put in my Two Weeks after finding out that he did not care about the leak in the roof, and simply desired us to work around it, despite the roof actively caving in that spot. However, I did learn valuable communication skills in my time at Taco Bell.
My time at cousins was brief, due to my young age. It was quote a while ago, so I don't exactly know what time frame precisely I worked there. I was young, and it was my first job, so I was inexperienced. However, while I was there, I was severely mistreated, and regarded generally with disdain from even the General manager. I was given very brief time to learn anything, before I was fired.
