Provided individualized swim coaching, assisted with developing daily practices and positively supporting swimmers at meets, monitored and evaluated swimmer progress, communicated with parents, maintained equipment for designated practices, and helped athletes improve their technique, confidence, mental preparation and overall performance.

Developed individualized swim lesson plans, taught water safety and swimming techniques, communicated with parents about student progress, monitored and adjusted lesson to meet individual needs, and built student confidence through positive reinforcement and gradual skill development to overall learn the process of how to swim.

Provided one on one coaching to improve swimmers' technique and performance, supported swimmers at meets, monitored progress and provided constructive feedback, organized team activities, promoted safety, developed customized training plans, assisted with practices, collaborated with coaches, communicated with parents and adapted instruction to swimmers of different ages, skill levels and learning styles.

Lifeguard certified, monitored entry and exit, conducted safety inspections, maintained a clean and organized entrance, assisted visitors with questions, responded to emergencies, documented daily activities, managed multiple tasks efficiently, supported coworkers during busy periods, and provided friendly, professional service to ensure a safe and positive guest experience.
