· Fix any time-punch correction and review timecards before the end of payroll
· Help follow up on all time-off requests on Paylocity
· Help operate the FAMLI portal for all providers
· Assist will doctor credentialing
· Assist in marketing for doctors
· Assists with screening of potential resumes on Indeed. Conducts preliminary phone interviews and schedules secondary interviews.
· Conducts reference checks for potential candidates
· Manage BSM accounts
· Send monthly benefits information to eligible staff and answer any questions
· Completes Onboarding process for new hires for all departments

· Maintaining and updating Employee Benefit Tracker and Benefit notification emails
· Assists with 401-K and FSA benefits, including keeping the eligibility list up to date
· Organize Flu shot signups for employees
· Add weekend call to Google
· Communicating Employee anniversary payouts to administrative manager for Payroll
· Manages water services for Union
· Update handbook and job description at the end of year
· Miscellaneous tasks as assigned throughout the day
Secondary list of Responsibilities/ Duties:
· CAQH Reattestments and updates
· Keeping provider rosters current with all hospitals
· Track Building Maintenance issues and be a main contact for issues with Griffiths Blessing
o Daily building issues/complaints
· Maintains Employee Files
· Maintains Doctor Files
· Notification emails, tracking, and filing of 30, 60, 90 days for all departments
· Dismissed patient maintenance and correspondence.
· Posts and updates Birthday and Anniversary Sheets
· Maintains and updates bulletin boards for the Main location and send any updates to all locations
· Maintains vendor files
· Maintenance of the Employee Kudos program. Distribution of Employee Kudos comments monthly.
· Schedule send emails for Birthdays & Anniversaries for all employees
· Doctor Credentialing items as needed
· Balances Petty Cash drawer every other week
· Maintaining credit card logs
· Maintenance of Compliance binders
· Maintains OSHA Compliance with monthly and annual checks
· Monthly Newsletter
· Maintain the My favorite binder
· Ordering of employee lunches & doctor meetings
· Update & distribute On Call lists
