I originally started working as a dishwasher and eventually proved myself through passion and preparation abilities after a year and a half and was promoted to line cook.


i work pantry and sauté so i make salads, desserts, anything fried or on the stovetop. I’m very good about time management and getting food out at the same time and i thrive under pressure


I love learning new recipes and techniques


I’m comfortable with knives and my knife skills are very good.


I love to bake! i have been in charge of most desserts at poor reds for about a year now where i make chocolate chip cookies and various cakes like chocolate, carrot etc.
