Peyton Reeves

• Working full time for Lazenby Farms while attending College. I am responsible for running this farm and day to day operations. We plant cotton, corn, and peanuts. Throughout this job i operate tractors, excavators, back hoe, bulldozer, sprayer. I do all of the field work which contains spraying, tillage, harvest, fertilizing. I do all work on Equiptment on a daily basis. I am also responsible for ordering seed, chemical, fertilizer, Equiptment parts and any other accessories to keep the farm running efficiently.

Working for Evans Land Solutions I run a skid steer with a mulching head clearing land owners property. Running a excavator as well clearing land, installing creek crossings and using a laser level to insure water run offs on roads. Crowning and leveling roads and pond dams. Installing spillways and repairing blow outs on pond dams. This job is critical to insure that everything i do is exactly what the land owner is looking for and to make sure that the land owner is happy with my work

• Working for Oakfuskee during my college years, running guided deer hunts and also keeping up the property year-round. Operating equipment: tractors, skid steers, and excavators. Planting food plots, clearing land, and keeping deer stands up to code for the licensed hunting preserve. This job consisted of me guiding deer hunts, cooking, and entertaining high-profile clients, and ensuring good hospitality. Explained hunting laws to ensure safety. Perform general maintenance on the equipment. Communication skills are key for this job, as they enhance the nature of the work and help ensure that the operation runs smoothly.

• Installed sod and irrigation system in home/land owners property. I was in charge of three workers on my crew. Communication skills were critical in this environment when speaking with homeowners, bidding jobs, and installing and finishing landscape projects. Worked as a team player to ensure a productive business and was the lead man when the owner was not present. Operated tractors, skid steer, trencher, excavator. I worked this job thought high school and into college during summers and Christmas break. Throughout this job i learned how to run equipment, talk to customers, bid jobs and keep my workers efficiently working.

• Ensured that all required safety protocols were followed while underway.
• Responsible for loading and unloading cargo, supplies, and passengers on the vessel.
• Ran errands ashore as needed such as purchasing fuel or provisions for the vessel.
• First mate on "Guax Time" running yellowfin tuna fishing trips

Working for this company i worked directly under my boss. This work consisted of building docks carpentry, driving pylons, installing sea walls, dock demolition. I learned how to run a excavator and drive pylons, install gravel drive ways, back fill sea walls.
