- Manage and schedule staff of 150 employees, set up the dining room, open the bar and takeout stations
- Hire, train, and operate orientation for 200 new hires
- Obtain and prepare I-9, NC-Ez, and Pay role documents
- Open and close the restaurant and store registers; Pay staff and write checks for vendors
- Catering, which includes setting up, prep, break down, and help organize the event
- Work with over 300 customers daily resolving customer concerns
- Receive, pick up, and account for inventory.
