I believe I would be a strong pick for the Next Generation Leadership program because of my commitment to serving my country, my drive to attend the Naval Academy, and my experiences in JROTC. Through JROTC, I’ve developed key leadership skills such as discipline, teamwork, and responsibility, which will help me succeed in NGL. I’m passionate about learning and growing as a leader, and I’m dedicated to making the most of every opportunity. I’m also highly organized and able to manage multiple commitments, ensuring that I can prioritize NGL and give my best to the program. My drive, combined with my leadership background, makes me an excellent candidate.
