  • Organized patient intake processes, ensuring timely collection of necessary information. Requesting records from previous clinics prior to date of visit, collecting all information needed from clients at the time of booking.
  • Monitored inventory levels of reception supplies, assisting in procurement as needed. Examples include; Cones for surgery patients, rabies tags, flea medications, client take home packages, and office supplies.
  • Facilitated training for new staff on clinic administration protocols and procedures to ensure consistency. Created most of the current SOPs and training materials.
