  • Went through the whole life cycle of this job. Started as a cold caller, followed up by being part of the management team of the call center, then moved into consulting.
  • In my Junior Team Lead position, I was tasked with creating and refining systems and processes, training team members, and running meetings to maximize the efficiency of the team all while still being a top sales producer.
  • As a cold caller, I have generated the most accounts/sales in company history. Helping build and refine systems and processes while producing led to my promotion here.
