Sets-up machine to specifications outlined on the order

* Operates machine to standard production target and waste target

* Trouble shoots machine when it is down or not performing to standard

* Responsible for ensuring that the day-to-day operation of the machine is consistent with the policies and procedures which make up the Quality System.

* Continuously improve the process as an individual and as a team member

* Performs inspections and cleans machine and area according to schedule

* Ensures materials are available for next order & next shift

* Sets the example of safe operation by following established safety guidelines; Follows established safety guidelines; holds self and others accountable

* Initiates and supports improvement initiatives

* Other duties as instructed by Supervisor, Lead, Production /or Plant Manager

• Developed strong relationships with carriers and vendors, ensuring reliable service and competitive pricing for transportation needs.
• Coordinated cross-departmental communication, fostering collaboration and ensuring timely completion of projects related to freight management.
• Resolved shipment issues promptly, minimizing delays and maintaining positive client relationships.
• Contributed ideas during team meetings that led to improvements in overall workflow efficiency and customer satisfaction.
