- Observes patient's condition, mental state and social behavior and report observations to the Registered Nurse.

- Prepares patient for meals and assists with feeding if necessary. Distributes nutritional supplements to patients and records on intake & output sheets.

- Assist patient in activities of daily living.

- Keeps dressing cart and clean utility room well stocked with supplies at times. Checks supplies for expiration dates, including surgical supplies.

- Performs AM and PM care.

- Performs all other duties as assigned by Supervisor and/or Designee.
