EMS has been a passion for many years. Being accepted for the EMS Advisory Committee would allow me to continue using my knowledge to improve the profession for other rural EMS volunteers. Working with others in the the business of patient care will improve my not only improve my personal skills but will allow me to assist others in this profession.

  • Started with Toole County Ambulance in 1991 as a First Responder Ambulance certification
  • I got my EMT certification in 1996
  • I am a Lead Instructor
  • Have been a CPR instructor approximately 30 years
  • I have instructed EMT classes as well as endorsement classes
  • I am Quality Improvement Officer for ImageTrend and Toole County Ambulance
  • I am member of the Trauma Board for Logan Health (Shelby)
  • I was the facility trainer for the AHA Mission Lifeline.
  • I was selected for Train the Trainer for the law enforcement AED program
  • I was selected for the initial Train the Trainer for the Epic Program
